This hotel gets the job done, nothing special but clean rooms, good breakfast and nice free parking in the city.
Heather .. the front desk manager is super awesome. She has the best customer service. I look forward to booking here at this location again soon
Our stay was horrible and not worth it for what we paid for . Our tv was going out lefted early for tv maintenance to fix it came back into the room tv was not fixed and sheets or room wasn’t clean . We arrived Friday didn’t get a new tv until Sunday morning !!!! They never cleaned the room also while we were there as well . Housekeeping and tv maintenance didn’t even speak English . I used google translate. NEVER AGAIN !!!
I want to give this place 4.5 stars. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The location is ideally placed for where I needed to go. The gym is nice. Free water. The negatives are that I stayed there 3 days and they never made up my room. Maybe it was neglected because I added an extra day. But they were very accommodating about giving me extra towels and water. The other negative was that the oatmeal was cold, and I’m trying to eat healthier so that was a bummer.
