Definitely enjoyed myself rooms were very clean customer service was top notch beautiful hotel very comfortable bed great decision to stay at Hampton inn
I would rate it only half a star if that was an option. We will definitely not be staying at this hotel ever again. Our view faced an alley, and we were woken up at 7am from the sound of garbage trucks collecting garbage. Our room didn’t come with a microwave as listed, and we had to ask 3 times for them to bring us one. Broken furniture and No HOT Water! Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Downtown Milwaukee, WI. was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the General Manager, Michael, was very kind and friendly. This experience made for a very pleasant trip. Will definitely be back!
