Very nice hotel. Everything was great. Only 1 suggestion is to have more carts to help with handling the luggage. There seemed to have been only one.
I had a great experience here. I was here in a business trip and have nothing bad to say. Rooms are clean, front desk staff is fantastic, and great all around friendliness. The staff really kicked it into action for me. Kat, Jay, Makera, and Kristy are super friendly and talkative. I had some issues where my door lock died.
