Hotel was fine, the main detractors were that there was clearly things left over from previous visitors in my room including a crayon that was not cleaned up, the toilet paper roll was poorly placed, and they use a ticket system for accessing and leaving the parking lot. None of these ruined my stay, but were just annoying. Especially since I saw at least 2 people struggle with the parking tickets. I am also glad I got a physical key as the digital key was unreliable. It was nice when it worked, but it needs a lot more refin... read more
The Hampton Inn & Suites Germantown is the place to stay in Memphis. Great location, fabulous staff, every department! Very clean with hearty breakfast. I recommend this place for everyone visiting or doing a staycation 💯
