These people could teach the entire business world what customer service is. Never left a hotel review b4, and probably never will again unless I ever come back here. World-class people from top to bottom. It was a pleasure!

WHITE Families beware. Had my wife and 2 kiddos (8 & 6). Stayed the evening of 5/22 at this location, main level ice machine was out of service, took the elevator to the next floor and was proceeded to be called Cracker by a group of young teenagers, for getting ice. 1st racial slur of my life, let the front deck know whom is also a POC and was told sorry for the inconvenience as if it’s equivalent to not receiving towels. I am giving a 4 star because of the service we received from the reception desk. Mold on shower stall, fridge door cannot be opened all the way, no shampoo, wall paper peeling, sink has no cover (make sure you do not drop anything, or you will never see it again), toilet paper holder broken.
I’m currently staying at the Hampton Inn for an extended stay, and my experience has been amazing. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what really stands out is the outstanding customer service. Drekaa is always so helpful, professional, and kind whenever I need anything.
