Digital key didn’t work so I got there late and had to listen to a conversation between worker and another guy before I could check in. Room was nice size but there was cleaning stuff left in my room and food left in fridge. Beware they charge $10 a day to park!!! In a wide open parking lot that was never full my entire stay. Stay next door at the embassy. I should have.
The staff is great! The pillows are horrible. I travel a lot and they are the worst. Vacuuming the hall at almost 8 pm should be done earlier. I'd stay again with my own pillow and earplugs.
Very convenient location, friendly staff, and nice facilities.
Stated 'recent renovations'. very dated room. lighting horrible. water horrible. bed/pillows horrible. room very stuffy. thermostat was hard to adjust. the room had a very stale/musky smell. food wasn't anything to brag about. COFFEE VERY GOOD. parking horrible. i booked two nights using my hilton points. i checked out after 1st night. i hate i wasted my points on this stay. i normally stay at the embassy suites next door but the rates are a little higher BUT NOW I KNOW WHY.
Horrible service. I stayed there last month and got charged for incidental. The incidental never drop off my credit card. Calling the front desk for 4 days and no resolution. The manager is not at the property to help. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. Also make sure you check your credit card statements after you check out.
