This hotel only provides housekeeping every other day. After our 2nd night we were due for a room cleaning but they didn't do it. Their excuse was that they were too busy that day. Totally unacceptable. Staff was friendly and helpful otherwise. Location was excellent. I would not stay there again.
Great place to stay and travel beale street
Hotel is right off of Beale street so great location if you want to stay out late and enjoy the music scene. We were on a family vacation so we didn't stay out too late but had to listen to the music into the early morning hours. However, the beds were comfortable and we actually slept well. Walking distance to the Fed Ex Center, Peabody hotel, Beale st. and Prince's BBQ so we loved the location. Overall, good stay, not perfect, would consider staying again when in the area.
