Hire better management that knows how to provide good customer service, not just a "no" person. I think his name was James or Marcus. Terrible service!!
Manager was a major help. Room is really clean.
We were in town for a wedding but will most definitely stay here again if we are in the area! The pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was just right! Wish we had a longer stay!
