The hotel is in need of updating. Carpet was stained so not sure if that was dirty or stained. We checked in during the evening after a long drive only to get up the next morning and find that our room had no hot water for showering. We had to change rooms so that meant packing 3 days worth of clothes and moving to another room and unpacking AGAIN. The hotel only refunded $50 off the room. Loved the app-operated guest laundry—because doing laundry with technology somehow feels less painful 😄 Fast Wi-Fi, so no buffering, no stress, no complaints.
