I usually rely on Google reviews when choosing a place to stay, but after this experience, I’m finding them hard to trust. This hotel somehow holds a 4.2-star rating when it should be closer to 1. The front desk was completely unattended throughout our stay. I understand if it’s a one-person operation, but at the very least, staff should carry a cordless phone. It's time to remodel. Everything else great
Most Hampton inns are the same, but this one is cleaner. Breakfast area was really clean and organized, and well stocked.
