We stayed here for an AAU basketball tournament at PSA McKinney and chose this Hampton Inn through the Hilton Honors app. While the overall stay was great and met the high standards we expect from the brand, I’ve rated it a 4-star experience due to the sofa in our room. It had a very noticeable musty odor that a surface-level disinfecting spray won't fix. A professional deep cleaning of the upholstery would really elevate the room's comfort to a 5-star level. (Breakfast: 5 stars!)
Terrible experience. Rude service. Dirty rooms. Stay somewhere else!
