Checked in online the night before my stay. Upon arrival, the room ac was not on. It was very hot and the room never got cool by the time we left. Then i was charged $15 for a damn hand towel that they say was strained. For the amount of money they charge for a night, charging extra for a damn towel is ridiculous!!! Won't stay there again
