At check in, we were greeted by a young lady that didn't even look old enough yo be working at the front desk. She looked to be 12yo to me.... secondly, they asked for us to downgrade our king room to a queen double because they overbooked their king rooms, we didn't opt in for their request. The room was full of moisture, could hardly breath in the room. The carpet was filthy and nasty. My shoes were sticking to it because it was so dirty. Great remodeling job - some still going on but mostly done. Rooms were beautiful and great, kind check-in staff. Breakfast had a few opportunities but mostly great!
Always a good experience at this Hampton Inn. Currently under renovations for the lobby and some of the rooms. Breakfast area appears to be recently renovated.
Nice hotel, easy check in and out. Pet friendly. I was looking forward to the sauna and gym... however sauna was permanently closed and gym looked like it was undergoing renovations.
