Hotel is under renovationand it's not listed on website so there are a couple of smells with no ventilation hotel in the hotel period so bring Lysol or febreeze plug or air purifier from the stuffiness in your room.. The hotel is an old maybe remodel from holiday inn -Hampton inn does have many perks for z body wash shampoo or hand soap so you don't have to bring any .. The hotel is off hwy so you will here noise .... The breakfast was good
Lady at the front desk is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I accidentally booked my room for the wrong night, I realized what I did 2 minutes after I did it. I called and the lady told me she couldn’t help me. She was condescending and kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak. I finally got ahold of the manager who was super sweet and fixed it for me right away. When we got to the hotel, our room was hot and had an awful smell. It was way overpriced as well.
When I first walked into my hotel room. Something’s I notice are the immediate stench of the room, it smelt so gross and disgusting. I had to leave the room multiple times to get fresh air from the smell. The second thing was all of the photos of the rooms are fake, it looks nothing like the photos and is way worse. Numerous rooms in our party do not have hot water in the showers. Which is strange since the water is plenty hot coming out of the sink. Upon informing the staff, I was told there’s NO maintenance staff for two more days, but rest assured, they’re filling out a maintenance request. I guess someone else will get to enjoy warm water because we will have checked out well before then. So, come enjoy this place and its cold showers and lack of ability to fix it in a timely fashion.
