Stayed two nights with family for a mini vacation and was so impressed - staff is extremely friendly from the front desk to the person changing the outdoor trashes. Great/easy access to the beach on Lake Michigan - outdoor bar and seating that was nice for evenings. Outdoor hot tub! Easily our best hotel stay- we will be back.
Beautiful location! So calming and peaceful. The only thing I would recommend keeping an eye on is the spiders on the balconies. The balcony view was so pretty I wasn't paying attention and walked into a web. The food, bar, view, and the beach infront of the hotel made up for it 10 times over!
I have to admit, cause I grew up in this area that this is a really nice hotel. But the guy Brandon at the front desk was a complete jerk and I am really getting irritated by Hilton’s continued disregard for Diamond members. Why the hell are we even diamond members??? because you guys don’t give us anything extra other than that we spend a lot of money with you
