Great one night stay. Worth the price just for the view. The outside bar and the firepits were nice. Try and get lakeside on the upper floors. And verify your request multiple times. I booked what I wanted (Rewards member so my preferences are automatic) but I called just to be sure...and they assured me that they had it right. They didnt. So we ended up with 2 Queens instead of a King to get an upper floor...but it was fine. But do double/triple check long before you arrive.

Booked the hotel so that we could enjoy the outdoor seating on the beach. Both restaurant and outdoor seating bar area were closed to hotel guest for a wedding. Music was loud all night and made it difficult to relax/sleep. Room was nice with a beautiful view of the lake.

Great location. Sitting by the fire pits at sun set is a great time. The breakfast hot (potatoes were a bit cool, but still good) and there were a few different things to choose from. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, then the regular bread items and yogurts. The coffee was good as well. The hotel and rooms were really clean. Unfortunately the units in the rooms can not run just a fan, so if you need noise to sleep bring it with you. You get this hotel for the location. Of course the rooms were immaculate. But the wonderful deck bar overlooking lake Michigan sunsets was what you come here for.
