This was my first time at this hotel with my husband. I always love the set up,breakfast was on point. The room was comfortable and the staff was nice and respectful. I recommended any Homewood Suite to anyone. We will be back.

We booked this hotel well in advance for our family of 10, and after driving over 2 hours to get there, we were shocked to find out our reservation had been canceled—without any prior notification. We were left stranded with our entire family, including children, and the hotel staff made no effort to help us find another place to stay or offer any solution. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and care for guests. We will never book here again and strongly urge others to avoid this proper... read more
