Before I start, just know that the staff were absolutely delightful in every interaction and were truly the only benefit of this location. We came to this location during the last week of the ren faire. I have stayed at motels and quick-hotels around the country. And I have never gotten such a feeling as 'I have to leave right now' as I did after stepping into my room at this location. This hotel was filthy. The chairs were covered in dirt, the bathroom was full of mildew, it’s clear that this is not a hotel that has been renovated. Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was ok at best, but thankfully, there was an awesome convenience store adjacent to the parking lot. There were two guys at the front desk that were extremely nice, and one that was horrible. I had booked a suite, but he would not honor the booking up to the point that I called corporate about it.
