Arrived on a Sunday afternoon, no one at the front desk. Had to check in on the app and use that as my hotel key. Later, a rude lady was at the front desk and when I asked for a physical key, she claimed my name didn’t match the devastation for my room, even though I was already checked in. No acknowledgment of being a Diamond member, no offer for a bottle of water, etc. Just annoyed that she was at the counter instead of screwing around in the back room. Was going to make a reservation but they charge 151.00 for your dog This is to the response I received from the hotel you better check the website because she just tried to book again just to see and it said 151.30. Thanks

I like that the location of this hotel is with other hotels. Restaurants nearby and It looked like other convenient places were close. The things I noticed upon my arrival of the hotel was the clean bathrooms on the first floor. They had feminine hygiene products in women’s restroom which I praise! Us ladies thank you for that! Another thing I noticed going to my room was that the hallways smelt good. Like a nice flower scented air freshener.
