Arrived a little after check in time of 3:00. Room was not ready for almost an hour. The room was definitely tidy & clean upon arrival but very frustrating waiting in the lobby. Staff were courteous.

Come here most every time I come to Macon. Great place, staff is always good and they have laundry facilities. However, as a diamond member of both Hilton and IHG, I have to question why this hotel is always more expensive (by $50) more than the Holiday Inn across the street which has a bar/restaurant and laundry facilities. 🤔

We always stay at Hampton Inns while traveling, because they're consistently clean, well-maintained, and a good value...until now. This was by far the worst experience we've had. At check-in, we were given a room that had not yet been cleaned (at 4:30 pm, no less). After we were given a different room, we found the toilet paper holder was half-pulled out of the well, cosmetic damage to the furniture and fixtures, the mini-fridge didn't cool, the room a/c had issues, and the bathroom floor was dirty. Actually very nice. But Beware of the shower.... extremely slippery shower... I almost broke myself WD-40 slippery. Hotel needs a mat or something. I amos
