Breakfast had no waffles. They said they were out of mix. There are many many grocery stores in Lubbock. No excuse. We pay for breakfast in our hotel fee. Very disappointing. Sunday morning and we will need to go find a restaurant. This hotel has no evening restaurant. We planned for breakfast here. Now everyone is lined up for the eggs and meat because there is no choice. Next time we will stay elsewhere. Don't advertise something you don't deliver.

The only issue I had with the hotel/room was the fact that it’s pet friendly and not cleaned to keep up with that. Our room smelt like urine and it was evident that a pet let some go in the wall. Beds weren’t the best as well. Hard mattress and a bump in the center of it 🫠. Staff was wonderful and friendly though.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn on my way to Colorado with my dog. Ten days later, my wife and I and our dog stayed there on our back home. It is simply nicer than most hotels in this class. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had - it is really great. They even called to tell us we left left our phone chargers and mailed them to us. Great hotel.
