This is yet another classy, modern, spacious Hampton Inn. You just can't go wrong with this brand. The employees are welcoming and professional, the breakfast is good as always, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite beautiful. The location is perfect, right off the Marsha Sharp Freeway in downtown Lubbock and within walking distance of Texas Tech's football stadium. And the Internet works! Clean and comfortable rooms with a great location - walking distance to Texas Tech Univeristy. The staff was wonderfully accomidating nd friendly. The only issues we had were that the pillows are very small and provide little support and the towels are older. Our room had also had a rust stain in the shower. The pool was closed and the digital key did not work at the fitness center.
Nice Clean rooms. Breakfast is great not just the muffins and fruit kind. Desk employees were very helpful. Stay there everytime I am in town.
