What a stress free stay this was. We had 2 doctors appointments and the hubby needed a place to "camp" while I went to mine. We were able to check in a bit early and he got some rest instead of tagging along. Beds, pillows, linens all great. Breakfast was more than standard hotel food and it didn't look picked over. One note to fellow travelers, request a room at the back. We are country folk and the traffic noise was more than we are accustomed to.

Great stay overall! I picked this hotel because of the perfect location – it’s super close to Texas Tech University. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was high-quality and filling. The staff was friendly and efficient. Why not 5/5: It was a bit noisy from the street traffic, and the Wi-Fi could definitely be faster. Bottom line: Reliable, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend if you're visiting TTU or just passing through.

Customer service always outweighs everything else for us, and this experience proved exactly why. Even when everything else is simply okay, excellent service creates an atmosphere of excellence and that’s exactly what we encountered here.
