The hotel stay wasn't bad, I really liked the outside patio and the pool. Few things I was not pleased about was I was not welcomed as an Honors member or offered water. I had to ask her before going to my room of my membership was in there which I knew it was and she said yea and still nothing said for my membership. The 2nd day I informed the lady at the front after breakfast about my concern they haven't tried to replace the flag and said she didn't even notice it. I have been coming to this hotel for work for over a year. The rooms are modern, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast selection is excellent and the front desk help is always courteous and helpful. Ms. Renee Fields the night clerk is exceptional. When my flights have been delayed, she took it upon herself to call to make sure I was still coming to save my room. That is what I call excellent service. I would say do not hesitate to book your stay here. You will not regret it.
