Stayed here for one night passing through with our dog. Very nice and clean hotel. Room was cozy and everything was in working order. Only complaint was the pillows were a bit small and there was no conditioner. Staff were very polite.
This was a great stay! The location was easy to find (thanks to Google Maps!). Check-in was quick and easy thanks to a helpful employee, the room was comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. We left early in the morning to get a jump start on an all-day drive, and were delighted to find grab & go breakfast bags and fresh hot coffee ready for a quick exit shortly after 6AM. The price was a very good value, would definitely consider this hotel if we’re ever in the area again.
Great location. Quiet. Some rooms need some refurbishment in the bathrooms. Feeling paint on the ceiling above shower, but rooms are clean.
Visiting town for the Texas Tech graduation ceremony, this hotel offers a great location. Lubbock is not a large city, so everything is relatively close. The campus is about a 15 minute drive and the airport is about 20 minutes away. There are plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby, including a pretty lively mall. No hot water. Light bulbs broken so no light in room. And worst of all the linens smell like body orders.
