The breakfast was great!
I made a reservation, asked if the hotel accepted a dog, the reservation agent said they did, I agreed on the room rate and made the reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk told me there was an additional $58 pet fee. I argued and told him the hotel knew the dog was coming, and person making the reservation did not say anything about an additional fee. Was in the room for about 4 hours and had to check out because of a dog that was left unattended on the same floor with loud barking and whining. Although management confirmed that it was a problem, I was told there was nothing they could do because quiet time wasn't until 10:00 pm. Even though I checked out, I was still charged half the rate for "use of the room". I was told that they did everything they could...unbelievable!
Clean rooms, good breakfast, very nice front desk associate! I would ask that the facility require their employees to SMOKE FAR FROM THE GUEST AREAS, such as all entrances/exits. Thank you
