This is an older Hampton and could use some TLC. Nothing horrible, just regular updates. Room was clean, but needs better lighting. No pool (bummer). Front desk gal at check in was very bubbly and appreciated after 9 hours on the road. Good location for Bandelier and LosAlamos

I am not someone who leaves reviews but I was so impressed by Amber and Robert, I had to make time for this. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Amber is amazing! As the children and I were driving across the country. We had the opportunity of staying at this hotel. She was more than accommodating, but reached out to this mama and assisted in so many ways to make us comfortable! Amber went over and beyond with providing suggestions for us to do as well as making sure we were fed before we continued our journey the following morning :) Thank you, Amber for your hospitality and accommodations. We will definitely be visiting again.!
