I left clothes in the closet when I checked out of the hotel on 10/10/2025. When I contacted the hotel later that day they denied recovering my clothes. I called twice and returned to the hotel in person on 10/12 to pick up my clothes. The clerk, Karen, was extremely disrespectful and rolled her eyes as she called the manager, Maura Nayto, to report my concerns. We stayed here because we like their breakfast, every hampton until this one that we've stayed at served breakfast till 10. They stopped at 9 so my daughter amd I have to pay for breakfast elsewhere.
