It might be me but I’d be nice to have a working ice machine on the 4th floor, or just an ice machine on the 3rd, or hey a working ice machine on the 2nd, only to have to walk down the hall of the 1st floor to the only working ice machine. Wouldn’t you know it in the morning, only one side of the elevators work, wonder why they did fine the evening before.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would the rooms stink like boil eggs ...the in door pool doesnt work at all!! The event room doesn't have air conditioning or heater just a bad experience overall......🤣😭 did work there so this is facts.... leaving reviews because Jose fail to give me my check stubs and its rayneishia
On site management has been totally evasive on 2 occasions when trying to address issues. No refunds and credits offered. Non-functioning pool and musty/moldy rooms in September 2024 and non-functioning pool in December 2025. Decided to leave early due to room condition on one occasion and tried (unsuccessfully) to receive credit after choosing another hotel on the second. Choose another hotel if you expect desk personnel and manager to be responsive to issues.

Jose is very unprofessional. Rude! The breakfast is all micro waved and they put it up and re heat it. They know the rooms are dirty and laugh about it. If you make a complaint Jose will get defense and do anything in his power to hurt ..I dont recommend at all its like a cult up there!!!....I was the breakfast attendant this is not a lie !!!
