Room cleaning every 3 days only - due to COVID, they said. I checked in WITH FAMILY on Wednesday. They claimed family checked in Tuesday! Kinda weird since we drove together!! Their room was cleaned! Couldn’t get any discounts bc sister made reservations. So I paid full price for half service. It won’t be cleaned before I leave! Second and last stay here despite it being close to family that live here. I’m irate. Update: Owner responded saying rooms with do not disturb signs won’t be cleaned. Always on point
Great location near a lot of restaurants, staff was great and informative when asked about area, breakfast was great loved the diced fruit
Went to Longview for a family gathering and stayed here. All of the staff members were very helpful and polite if we had any questions they were always there to help. Everything was within distance from the hotel.
Great hotel, great staff and wonderful environment. Very clean and always love the breakfast!
