We booked this hotel for 2 nights for our wedding and we had the BEST experience! Rooms were very clean and smelled good. Great breakfast, had different options each morning. All the front desk staff were fantastic! Deon definitely went above and beyond and deserves a raise! Definitely recommend!
Honestly read all the bad reviews before I came and was a bit hesitant but after my stay I can say they weren’t accurate.. experience things for yourself.. Front desk “Prime Time” Deon is the absolute man.. any questions I had he answered.. any help I needed he was there.. the customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond was top notch.. one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.. you can find cheap/free parking right outside the front door or pay for the ramp if preferred.. buffet breakfast was more plen... read more
We had a great experience. Decent price. Continental breakfast. Clean.
The front desk staff provided the most positive experience and was courteous and most helpful; best part of my stay and the best experience I had on this property. However, the breakfast service needs significant improvement. For two consecutive days, the brown sugar and dried cranberries were hard and stale, and the coffee was cold.
