Location above all else but place is great too! Live music, multiple restaurants within 5 min walk. Check out the "Rock and Roll Chicken House!"

Nice workers here but be mindful to request a room away from the trash dumpsters. We were on the 8th floor and from 2 to 4 a.m. we heard the trash truck banging the dumpsters.
Too much noise on the street side. Loud exhaust, ground thumping bass. If you opt to stay here, stay on the courtyard side. Rooms were clean and the shower was on point. The breakfast is edible. It is what it is.
I visit Little Rock twice a year. I stay here... twice a year.
