Excellent hotel next to the airport. Courteous and very friendly staff.
Nice hotel. We stay before leaving on trip because early flight. 5/13 back again. Front desk rep not friendly. Didn’t welcome us. Had to wait for her to come to desk. Checked in at 4.30. Didn’t recognize us as goal member, had to ask for water, didn’t offer snack. Wanted to change method of payment. Couldn’t again. Checkout, rep not friendly, seem to busy to acknowledge.
