This location is brand new so it’s very clean and new feeling inside. The staff at the front desk were very nice. However, the floors and walls are so thin we didn’t sleep at all. People are coming and going all hours of the day and night because of the proximity to the airport and you can hear everything through the walls. If you’re going to stay here bring ear plugs or a sound machine.

Horrible communication and horrible management by Lakeisha! I was told my rate would be prorated since I’m only staying a few hour before check out and once I checked out no one was available to deal with the situation properly. I’ve called multiple times to get an understanding and management has been avoiding my calls! Very unprofessional and very frustrating especially for a Hilton honor member ….

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there's no pool or restaurant. Staff has been great. Beds and seating are all comfortable. Free breakfast has been tasty. There is also a lounge area with a variety of family games that you can help yourself to. They also have a pay-to-use laundry room on site. Location is right next to the airport but even so it's super quiet in the rooms. There is a free 24 hour shuttle, you just need to let the counter staff know when you're ready to leave for the airport. There is nothing... read more
