I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Lenoir, North Carolina. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, I can’t remember all of their names and helpful, which really made the stay enjoyable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The area around the hotel was nice, quiet, and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back and staying here again soon. I highly recommend this hotel.#RAISE

Caydence was a fantastic host when we were there. Very friendly and attentive and helped us with any questions or issues we had. Pool was very warm and so was the hospitality!

Ohhhhhh Man, the Hampton Inn is NICEEEEEEE. The bed was comfortable, room smelled good and was spacious. Most of all it was CLEAN. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast to start my day. Will stay here again when in the Lenoir NC area

On a COLD December night, they refused a 71 year old disabled Veteran , because I lived within 20 miles. it was 15 degrees, my heat pump failed and as Silver member ( A diamond member for 10myears before retiring in 2021) The resevation was confirmed and accepted, but at the desk the agent was rude and stated that it was non refundable and that I would loose the points i used to help pay and the $120.00 This is a disgrace and a formal complaint was made w HILTON this location is a disgrace to the Hilton name.
