We did encounter an issue (on the 3rd floor only) but it was quiclkly being tended to, other than that, this is an outstanding place and THE BEST BREAKFAST AT A HOTEL I HAVE HAD. THE YOUNG LADY COOKING NEEDS A RAISE! THE FRONT DESK GREETED ME WITH A SMILE "WHICH HONESTLY SEEMS TO BE A DYING THING THESE DAYS". ITS IN A SAFE, CLEAN AREA & ATMOSPHERE, WELL KEPT, CLEAN AND A PERFECT AREA TO ENJOY 24 HR COFFEE AND ESPECIALLY HOT CHOCOLATE! THAT WAS A FIRST! ( The issue was NOT a Hotel issue, it was guests) EXCELLENT PLACE!!!!

I arrived early to check in. I was informed there weren't any rooms available and we would have to come back after leaving our event that we attending. We paid with the black guy when we got there. He said they would assign us a room as soon as a room is available. After the event, we came back to check in. Once we made it upstairs, I saw that we had 1 king Instead of the 2 queens I had purchased. The phones do not work so I had to go back downstairs to let the front desk now.
