My experience with this hotel and staff was disappointing. I arrived around 3 am due to flight delays. The reception staff informed me that no physical keys were available. I had booked three rooms for colleagues who do not have Hilton apps. Fortunately, one guest checked out after 20 minutes and received keys. As a loyal member, I expected a water bottle as a perk.
