Our family stay here was unpleasant. Paying a premium price similar to a standard Hilton simply does not make sense for the experience we had. The hotel had major operational and maintenance issues during our visit: Elevator Delays: Only one elevator was working, causing long wait times.Laundry Issues: Using the washing facilities was a challenge. very nice room. employees were wonderful very helpful.
Thoroughly disappointed this time. Typically I like Hampton. AC is not working right now, wish I would have been warned so I could choose somewhere else last night. Didn't sleep much since it was pretty warm.
