Pros: The room was clean and the hot breakfast was good. Cons: The phone in the room and the phone by the elevator did not work. The clock was off by an hour. I told the person at the front desk and when I left three days nothing had been fixed. Also, there was no bath mat in the tub, which was a bit slippery.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced with a Hilton Hotel. The first room had hair in the shower and a stale smell. I received a text stating my room was ready at about 12:30, but I did not check in until later that evening. I sent a message to the number that said text if you need anything but when I sent a text I never got a response. This is the first time this has happened. My experience with this hotel and staff was disappointing. I arrived around 3 am due to flight delays. The reception staff informed me that no physical keys were available. I had booked three rooms for colleagues who do not have Hilton apps. Fortunately, one guest checked out after 20 minutes and received keys. As a loyal member, I expected a water bottle as a perk.
