please do not book this hotel. it was disgusting. everything was dirty. smelled bad and there was no AC. i would not recommend booking here at all. unfortunately the front desk was NO HELP at all. the bathroom was falling apart and was disguising. and if you have children i really don’t recommend due to the windows not locking all the way. we were on the 3rd floor and the window had no screen or lock on it. the latch was broken and anyone could open and fall 3 stories. 0/10 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!

I stayed at this hotel from August 28 to September 2, 2026, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I checked in, my room had no hot water, and despite reporting it multiple times, the issue was never resolved. I was moved from room 302 to 205, but even the second room only had lukewarm water at best. To make matters worse, the elevators were out, so I had to walk up and down three flights of stairs repeatedly just to report the issue and then again to move rooms. Not up to Hilton standards. This hotel is sufficient at best. Elevators were a challenge, only one working. During the day you’re fighting for elevator access with housekeeping- who by the way, had no qualms about holding up the elevator to chat with co-workers. Ice machine on the floor didn’t work. Bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper but also didn’t drain well. Linens were badly tattered- especially the towels. AC worked but was very loud.
