If I could give zero stars, I probably would. The room was great, and the hotel itself is clean and nice. As far as customer service, the woman that checked us in tonight was the most rude person I have met!! I drove 4 hours and got in late (9pm) the lady was on her phone instead of waiting on me, scrolling on her phone while checking me in. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom was dirty, with stains throughout, and the shower looked unclean and poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was so disappointing that I ended up walking a mile to find a decent meal elsewhere. Throughout the night, guests gathered near the elevator talking loudly, making it difficult to get any rest. * Beware: Fraudulent charges and lying management** Avoid this Hampton Inn. My friends recently stayed here and were subjected to some of the most unethical billing practices I’ve ever seen in 12 years in the US. They checked out completely on schedule, yet the hotel kept charging their card. When questioned, management made up a string of conflicting lies.
