Amazing staff…made us feel like family! Thank you Mary, Chris, Gail (fantastic breakfast) and “Rosie” for making this stay wonderful. You definitely went above and beyond!
I was incredibly surprised that after spending over $500.00 for 3 nights that we had to pay extra for a simple breakfast. I joined Hilton rewards for all the perks at every location.
Dear Hampton, it's obvious that neither corporate or the owners of this location care about the building and your staff and customers are paying for it. When your staff see the run down carpet with gaps in it on every floor, the holes in the walls where half hearted attempts at repair have been made, and the permanently dirty furniture they know that there is no effort from above, so why should they wear themselves out?
