I was a walk-in on a very busy weekend of the car show. There was one room left for only one day, l planned on staying 4 days, one of the workers Lee was her name went above and beyond to let me know that there was a cancellation and I was able to stay my entire stay here at the Hampton Inn Lebanon. She also checked to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed towels and supplies for the room.
Given a room on the fourth floor and had to move when the light by the bed did not work. The new room had a terrible coat rack with wood in front of it so you could not hang your garment bag. The desk had a pull out section that blocked the room and did not go well with the chair. Very uncomfortable overall. I was very glad to only spend one night there.
Dirty. Found a bug on a smashed pillow under the mattress. Very odd. Immediately checked out. Unapologetic manager.
