The reservation system they use now dies not allow you to cancel. We tried to move - not cancel our reservation by one day - could not understand the foreign customer rep - got charged the full amount - we’re stayed here at least 10 times. Don’t stay here, instead stay nearby at Holiday Inn Express - it is same quality slightly cheaper on their pet fee is only$50 = Hampton is $125 -I will never stay at any Hampton Inn again especially when there are cheaper, just as nice alternatives close by with more customer friendly busi... read more
