I gave five stars because I had absolutely zero problems at this particular facility. The standard room was a good size...... and VERY clean. The building was Extremely clean and smelled very good..... Staff was friendly and professiol Kids would love this building because it has an indoor pool.... and hot tub for their parents,also an included breakfast the kids will like..... tons of towels right outside the door to the pool..... Check-in was easy at the counter with the representative. She was helpful, and professional. Property was clean. Rooms were updated, and comfortable. Had amenities we needed such as a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee machine. Free parking lot that was sufficiently lit up.

Being a gold member I was treated horrible. When I reserved I requested an upgrade. Called the day of my arrival I talked to the front desk and confirmed I would like an upgrade. I was told the correct answer ( if available). When I checked in the agent told me they were oversold and she needed to fix the reservations. After I got into my standard room, I checked online and there were 6 king suites available. I went back downstairs and I confronted the agent and said you lied to me.
