The room and everything were super clean, and the bathroom was fairly large. There is a microwave and an unstocked mini fridge, so there are no overpriced items. The staff has been spot on, and checking in was fairly quick. They have also made it easy to get logged on to the Wi-Fi and those little incidentals that you take care of when you first arrive at a hotel. Thank you, Hampton Inn!
I am a diamond member and checked in through the app they refused to give me my digital key until I physically showed them my ID and a credit card, which I've never seen at a hilton property. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and had to wait at the outside door for a while cause we couldnt get in since we didnt have a key and there wasnt anyone at the front desk.
