Do NOT PARK HERE! We showed up on time, their shuttle left earlier than they were suppose to, so we had to pay for parking AGAIN elsewhere. The manager was extremely rude, he continued to talk over me, wouldn’t listen to what I was explaining and a complete jerk. Do not ever use this service at this hotel. They literally don’t care. The manager said he refused to help me by emailing the other company (even though they have direct contacts with them) and I will never park here again.

We are unable to refund anything on hotels end as our shuttle was running and parking transactions are done via third party.
