Judy, the General manager refused to honor the Hampton Inn money back guarantee
Great free breakfast.
This hotel is a pet friendly hotel. When we arrived our rooms smelled like dogs, there was animal hair and dogfood on the ground. We complained and the staff recleaned the rooms. Staff was excellent and understanding. Apparently Hilton management will not allow the hotel to restrict pets to certain areas/rooms. There were other people that had the same complaint while we were there.
It is a very nice place to stay.
