Great location, close enough but not far away! Super clean, accommodating and friendly! I would definitely choose this over waterfront places in the area. Hilton for the win!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was a great perk, available every day and included with the stay. The room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I also liked that the hotel allows dogs, which made traveling easier. It was also great that they had coffee and tea available in the lobby every day, along with fruit-infused water. This Hampton Inn isn’t too bad of a hotel. It’s located near the main tourist area of Lake George so the walking distance isn’t far. It’s probably about a 15 minute stroll but on the way there’s restaurants and cafe’s to choose from to grab a quick bite. The breakfast was good. In the first 2 days of our stay, they had omelette’s and sausage patties and on the 3rd and final day of our visit, they had omelette’s with cheese and sausage links cut in half which I like more in my opinion. Customer service was terrible. We had an appliance issue and "Saray", the front desk rep, instead of being friendly and courteous called me a liar and told me she didnt have time to talk about it and hung up on me. Said no one had a problem the whole week before us so I must be lying. The appliance wasn't the problem in tbe end, it was her escalating it to a point where we were afraid to walk in the lobby.
