I ended up walking around LAX last year, talked to some great staff and met some important people along the way too!
This is a nice, updated hotel. The rooms and bedding were very clean. The breakfast area was decorated nice for Christmas time. The hotel has a salt water pool. I text the front desk using the Hilton Honors app and asked if they had any tooth paste as we forgot ours. The guest service agent came up to our room to deliver some! Would stay here again!
We had our girl’s overnight Christmas get together and booked rooms for overnight 12/2. Staff that checked us in would very helpful as we got two additional rooms. 3:30am heating unit started buzzing very loud so got about 4 hours of sleep. Friends next to my room same problem. Told staff at desk in the morning and played the video I tapped to show them. Reply was oh are you checking out and if so will have someone fix it. Excellent location close to an event we were attending at UW-Lacrosse. We were able to walk there. Close to the river, and all amenities. Awesome!
