We stayed at this location Memorial Day weekend. Estina took our reservations & she had excellent customer service. Was nice to book with the front desk instead of online. Arrived to excellent customer service from Liz & Robert. We rode motorcycles & they were insistent that we park under the awning. Most places do not allow that, we don’t expect that, but was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Great stay. Next time we are in that area, we will be back.!
I was scheduled to go to this hotel for UW-LC graduation weekend and we had a death in the family so we had to cancel. The booking site I used made it literally impossible to cancel, with their CS team doing everything possible not to help, and working against me to keep the money. HOWEVER, the Assistant General Manager, Jamie Miller, worked tirelessly for me and got me a refund. We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and the staff was absolutely amazing. I was able to have a conversation with one of the front desk staff and they explained to me why they strive to have such good service. I was pleasantly thrilled with the atmosphere of this hotel. If I am ever down in the area. Again I am absolutely staying here
I am traveling in July this summer for a family wedding. I haven't even stayed at this hotel yet, but I can say that Estina was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and completing my reservation. I was having technical difficulties, and she was kind, patient, and found me exactly what I needed to be able to celebrate with my family. Such a wonderful customer service experience with Estina!
