Awful! You have to pay for parking! The sofa bed you have to put the bedding on yourself. The toilet paper and the holder were in the floor. The fridge is not very cold. I had to use the ice bucket for my insulin.

I was in town for a show and this hotel is incredible. All the staff were excellent, the view from our corner balcony room was the best. This is an affordable hotel and absolutely worth it. If your visiting, this hotel has it all.

Overall not a bad place to stay. It's a little far to walk to the KC convention center. Breakfast was good, nice coffee bar in the morning. Staff was very nice and professional.

The Air-conditioner was very loud and had alot of mold behind the cover. How i noticed this is by removing the front cover to investigate the noise as it sounded like something was loose and rattling inside the unit. Also, after a couple of hours in the room my wife and I both began having worsened sinus and congestion issues. I didn't tell the front desk as we were on the go for the entire time of our short visit. Everything else was fine.

Even before we checked in the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a giant TV delivered to the property and needed to transport it two blocks away to the convention center. The GM, Christine, pulled her vehicle around and offered to take it for us, but unfortunately the TV was too big. This is the level of attention and care that every staff member showed throughout the stay...not just to me but to others I saw needing assistance.
