The staff was awesome, especially the two women at the front desk and the amazing bartender that was friendly.
This Hampton was in a nice location on the island. The room was clean and nice. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. Great balcony a view of pool. The had EV charging but at first was hidden by all the non EV cars parked in them. Second night I had no issues charging as the convention crowd left. Being on second floor turned into a noise thumping till around 11PM. Kids above our room made it uncomfortable to sleep.
We stayed at this hotel for a school activity. We had some difficulty and confusion with booking rooms on the phone but once we got to the hotel the staff was amazing. The breakfast was hot and always full. The pool was heated (enough for kids) and the beach was beautiful. Baeisha took the time to make sure our students felt welcomed and even celebrated after winning awards at the summit. We are truly grateful for her!
