Reservation down when we try to check in. They have no back up plan. The answer was indefinite wait Checked in… no hair conditioner… in the middle of the shower…no one to bring it up… got to go down stairs… Found a big roach looking insect. Front desk says it is normal.. we are in the nature. Did change our room.. .. You want to relax? Take your chance… You want roach, good chance You want conditioner, fat chance
Got here & room not ready for possibly 1 hr...The lady we originally came in contact, has a nasty attitude, per usual like last year.. The fire alarm went off 2x with in a short period of time..I am in a room that is for people with disabilities, & their is a button outside the door you should be able to use to open door, doesn't work.. The thermostat for ac is on the wall, not on the unit, which we weren't told when we first got here, had to go back to front desk to find out.
