Bed was uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Other than that everything was good.
Room and staff were amazing. Best night with kids.
I understand hotels raise prices when there’s something going on in town, but going from $143 a night to $413 is crazy. Our experience was nowhere near worth that kind of money. We had coffee and cups in the room but no coffee maker. When I talked to the front desk, I was told, “That’s a maintenance issue. Not sure what to tell ya.” I’d also expect the room to get cleaned during our stay for that price as well.
By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff members are rude and unwilling to help with the exception of one. Team members need additional training on customer service and professionalism. When I called to get help I didn’t need a lecture on how hotels work and the clerk to blame the reason behind my problem on someone else. Needless to say I will never stay at this location again.
