We try to be fair in our reviews and not nit pick. So the positives first: Front desk experience was very good. The breakfast was not bad. The general hotel condition is good. Beds were good enough. The pillow thing is because they give you 2 different ones. A soft and a firm. The location is where we needed. Concerns: The worst part was an air conditioner hardly working at all. WiFi was down, nobody was answering at the front desk when we called, vents are dirty, but what was really upsetting was my family watching Harry Potter and then for the commercial was an add for "sexy time calls" and my children seen this. Not appropriate at all. We will never be returning.
GARBAGE. RUDE
Our hotel room was dirty with blood spatters on the counter, in the shower and on the cabinets. Definitely check the room before unpacking. This hotel appeared to serve both travelers and individuals staying for extended periods.
