Left my door wide open all day after they cleaned it so anyone could've walked it and stole all my stuff. Didn't refill the body wash that was empty before I arrived, and didn't fill it after their regular daily cleaning. Asked for new body wash and was given shampoo.
Maybe next time
Pool and hot tub are closed most of the time.
Booked for hot tub and pool, when checking in I was informed the hot tub is out of order. Disappointed no discount offered for inconvenience
