UPDATE 8/13/26 — Response to hotel: I can assure you that I have reviewed the correct hotel. I stayed in Room 100 for two nights, checking out this morning. If extra blankets are supposed to be located in the guest closet, multiple pillows are supposed to be provided on each bed, and the sofa bed is supposed to be freshly made, then unfortunately my room was not properly prepared according to your own standards. Neto is awesome helped me with booking troubles made the process so easy instead of making it a ordeal but definitely put our minds at ease and told us he was glad to help the rooms are beautiful nice bathrooms nice beds and clean sheets great hotel
Disappointed a little bit. Toilet was blocked and they let 2 shower towels for 3 guests They let also the bottle of shampoo empty It’s not what I expected. It’s my 4th Hampton Inn Hilton that I booked and this one is the worst
