100/10 terrific hotel incredible staff! Dee goes above and beyond for all of their guests and staff. The rooms are clean and well cared for, the amenities are terrific, pool, hot breakfast, business center, close to food and shopping, and as a patient at the Mayo there's nothing like a friendly face to drop you off and pick you up. Come as a guest leave as family. I've been back multiple times and will only ever stay here in the future.
THE BEST! If your visiting for the Mayo clinic this is the hotel for you. The staff and kind and always go above and beyond for their guests. They take the time to learn your name and make sure you've got what you need. They respond quickly to any concerns or needs. I've come back a few times now and have never had an issue. This was the worst Hilton I’ve stayed in,dirty,AC stopped cooling the room late at night, didn’t sleep at all. In the am there were Silver fish roaches crawling on the bathroom counter!! Tried to deal with the manager Dee Beaver he was incredibly rude!!! Now we have to exterminate our bags and all of our belongings to not bring bugs home. Great value and only 9 minutes to The Mayo Hospital on San Pablo. Breakfast wasn’t the warmest but we didn’t get there at the beginning and they restocked it after we filled our plates.
