This hotel conveniently located near John Wayne Airport. The room is nice and clean. However, what is missing is a safe to lock your valuables. The free breakfast is so-so. Due to economic situation, the breakfast choices are limited. No more bacon, breakfast sausages, and omelettes. Bottled water is also missing in the room, instead you can purchase bottles water at their convenience store located by the front desk.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great! The rooms were very clean and the stay was amazing.
Confirmation #492166719 and reservation was for Nathan Hill Had a business trip in the area and my flight was cancelled. I immediately called the front desk and gentleman looked up ny flight and verified it was cancelled. He informed me that he would put a note in the system verifying the cancelation so when Booking.com called them it would be an easy refund / credit.
