I'm extremely disappointed with my stay and feel compelled to warn other travelers, especially those with accessibility needs. The only redeeming quality of this property is its proximity to the medical district. I reserved an ADA-accessible/handicap room two weeks in advance specifically because it was medically necessary for my stay. Upon arrival, the room I was given had no accessible features whatsoever, my wheelchair and walker could barely fit into the bathroom.
