Hotel was on par with most other Hamptons and consistent with our expectations. Location was convenient for accessing nearby hospitals, which was the reason for our stay. Rooms and lobby were very clean and the beds and suite furniture were also clean and comfortable. Ground level parking was secured by fencing and a motorized gate along with onsite security… which I appreciated. Would stay here again.
My dad had an appointment for a specialist early morning in the Medical center. This hotel is super convenient and there was a Luby's next door for dinner. Great room. Great location.
Came down at 6:47 to catch the shuttle for MD Anderson, scheduled to leave at 7:00. I watched them drive away. The front desk tried to call and text multiple times with no response. I wish communication was better. This was the only reason I booked the hotel was for the shuttle.
