Your overnight employee Kaitlin was great. I’m not sure if she is trying to become a franchise or a general manager, but her service & attention was excellent. All while greeting me with the warmest while ever night
Stayed here while working in the area. Its a older property but very clean and maintained. The front desk staff and manager were amazing. Awesome welcoming customer service. Its enclosed with a gate and secure. Id definitely would recommend this Hampton location to anyone in the area.
Stayed here for 3 days. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was unprofessional and came across as rude during my stay. Also racially profiled me. In addition, the pillowcases did not appear to be clean, and after using them I developed a rash and experienced breakouts on my face. I would not stay here again based on this experience.
