We had a great experience at this Hampton Inn. The Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms and hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good and the Breakfast employee went above and beyond by offering to take trash and getting refills. One of our best stays ever.
Room smelled of raw sewage. We had 3 separate rooms. All were musty. They were remodeling but we were in the old carpeted side. Front desk staff was difficult. I checked in 3 rooms as a Gold member. You are usually given 2 drinks and 2 snacks. The first room I checked in for myself and my husband I asked for 2 drinks and 2 snacks no problem. We the next night checking in for my sons room I asked for the goody bag and she said go pick out your snacks. So I got 2 drinks and 2 chips. She said you only get 2 how do you want to p... read more
