Every year I travel to this hotel for work. It's right off of I-45 which makes it very convenient. Breakfast is quite good. The General Manager is terrific and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like I'm with family when I come here! Kevin who worked the front desk was an absolute delight. In fact on my previous stay I was unaware that I had accidentally left a SSD drive in my room. Went to Houston for the week and Kevin Vanessa and everyone at the front desk were so friendly and helpful Kevin and Vanessa went beyond great customer service. I will definitely be returning thank you again to Kevin Vanessa and all the other staff for making my time away from home amazing.
To District Manager : Kevin Pereira in the Houston-Cypress area is an incredible asset to your hospitality industry. Kevin’s attention to detail with customer satisfaction excelled I was locked out of the side building and He personally came over and let me in with all my bags. Also he was able to get the last room available for my stay, witch otherwise would not have happened, had it been someone elseplease Kevin is due for Manager Position God Bless Kevin, keep him safe.
Front Desk Service was Supreme.
Kevin Pereira our wonderful front desk agent made our stay a joy! He took the time to ensure our safety and our physical needs were not only met but exceeded. The hotel smells incredible and looks fantastic. I've never seen a cleaner elevator :). Great hosts and hostesses and a super environment for a quick family getaway. Thank you.
