Overall disappointed for the price. The bathrooms have no fan. So if you take a shower prepare for your room to be wet the rest of the stay, since there is no fan to vent the moisture out of the bathroom. Came back to a moist smell after a couple hours. Recommend going #2 in the lobby or your room may smell for awhile. Again no vent fan in the bathroom. The air conditioning is mid, we set the to room 68°f and it couldn't bring the temp down from 71°F. With there being no bathroom fan all of our cloths in the room were wet. N... read more
Perfect location for visiting Houghton. Nice clean rooms, pool and loved the 7th floor bar/restaurant.
Room was extremely clean, bathroom was newly renovated. Beds were comfy. I liked the text message from the front desk asking how things were. I was able to ask questions that were very promptly answered (yes, I could drink beer on the balcony and they even had a decent canned margarita for sale). There was a minor problem with the room. I mentioned it and they took care of it immediately.
Amazing hotel. Modern, clean, high end rooms. Super attentive service. Napoleon at the front desk is absolutely a gem.
