Room was adequate but had issues. The TV did not work, no cable or streaming so we called and they did fix it but only a few channels and you had to use your own account if you wanted to stream. I don’t want to put my password in a public TV. Blind was broken, bathroom fan didn’t work so it got very steamy. We stayed 3 nights so after Housekeeping came the second day, they apparently pushed the box spring mattress which exposed the metal frame that had about 4” sticking out so when I went to lie down, it cut my leg badly. Convenient location close to the Hershey attractions. It is very family friendly so expect this place to have the typical noise of kids running around. The room we stayed in was a suite. The bathroom door did not close. It rubbed against the floor and required lifting the door to open/close it. My kids were not able to open/close the door on their own. Raised this with the desk and was told they would have it fixed by 3pm while we were out but it was still the same when we got back to our room at 10pm. No microwave and the c... read more
Had a wonderful long weekend at the Hampton. Rooms looked refurbished and clean. Staff were accommodating and location and parking were easy. Front desk can get busy with some wait time but no major issues encountered during my stay.
