I’ve stayed here multiple times. My rooms are always clean and reasonably priced. Service is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. No complaints whatsoever.
On the positive side, the room was quiet and *mostly* clean and functional. On the ‘i wont be returning here list’ - The front desk person was a bit short on his A game. The hallways of the 2nd floor were in terrible shape, did not feel clean or well kept, unusually below Hampton/Hilton standards. Finally, the shower head was not functioning well and the water into the room was a bit sketchy. Nice hotel, we've been here 3 days and Lauren at the front desk has helped make our stay amazing! I'll be back.
I have stayed here twice now, each for one night. Each time was a pleasant rest from other properties I have stayed at. It was centrally located for easy access to shops, and yet out of the way enough that the increased activity didn't affect our sleep. The Hilton app made check in/out a breeze. They served breakfast which was delicious and convenient. Rooms and public areas were clean. It was just a nice gem to find on a busy weekend. Will definitely come back again!
For 10 years we rented a meeting room at this hotel. Occasionally, we would need to be bumped from the meeting room and placed into a sleeping room. I was very familiar with the staff, who we liked very much, and who always had gone out of their way to help their customers. We thought of it as a very fine hotel.
