Y stays here are always pleasant and quiet not to mention clean everything and comp. breakfast
Hotel and staff are amazing! I would like to recognize Lauren. Lauren works at the front desk and provides outstanding customer service. I truly enjoyed our conversations and all her support during my medical emergency. I wish I got the gentleman’s name that was working the 5 am shift he helped my daughter get me medical attention. I also appreciated that he called our room to check on her after I was transported to the hospital. Front desk staff was fairly mediocre, not super inviting. They did offer water and cookies which was nice. The rooms are pretty dated, as are most Hamptons. My shower had numerous knat bugs that had congregated in it from the drain. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. I'd probably consider looking elsewhere if I was in the area again. Location is pretty decent.
Go to the Cambria Hotel Manchester South Windsor up the road dont wast your time here
