Dear Hilton, please give the front desk agent, Maurice, a very big THANK YOU!!!! Maurice greeted me after a long drive with a big smile and rolled out the red carpet for me. He was so pleasant and helpful!!! We need more Hilton staff like Maurice!!!

Grim-- Dirty room missing an arm chair, a bedside lamp, and a functioning usb port. The pillows were lumpy, the usual toiletries in a Hampton Inn were missing. I am a Hampton Inn fan and have stayed in them across the country because they are reliable. This one: give it a miss. Oh and it felt unsafe, someone was banging on the door next to ours in the middle of the night.
Great place. Will visit again.
