Nice staff. Good location. Rooms subpar. Needs a spot clean and a remodel!
Compared to other Hampton Inn’s this place is just odd and not as nice. Rooms, especially king rooms have an odd layout, spacious, but just feels odd. Rooms were clean but felt very humid/moist no matter how cold you made the room. It also just had a strange smell, not bad, just odd.
Dirty floors, counter tops, hallways. Carpet so badly stained in the room and some topical muck I couldn't identify. Shower and bathroom good. Bed and linens clean. Service-exceptional! What's more sad is that I looked at other reviews up to a year back and same complaints! It obviously never gets fixed even with the same bad reviews! The app did not work to open door (multiple people had this issue) front desk couldn’t do anything about it. The room was not clean there was dirt all around the bathroom floors and a dead bug. Only one of the ice machines on all the floors worked and the pool looked disgusting. Not a clean place or a great place to stay.
