Front desk member was incredibly rude. First, told me I was at the wrong hotel, then told me she didn't have my reservation, then told me I should have checked in on mobile app, then told me the problem was because I used a 3rd party vendor (Expedia) that caused the problem. We witnessed other guests having problems as well (one was TOLD, not asked, to leave the room he already was in because THEY gave him the wrong room). Lynn at the front desk was a blessing, she made a horrible night into one I will be forever grateful for. She was so understanding of the situation I was in and did everything in her power to make it better. The rooms are great and so is the service!
Easy on and off the highway. Many food choices close.
