The room is outdated, shower needs work and very limited closet space. The service however was top-notch, their business center was down but ladies at counter printed documents, and the gentleman with the hat in the breakfast area was very polite and funny !
I travel for work and this was my first time staying at this hotel. I can't wait till I'm back in the Duncan area to stay here again! Everything here was great but the shining star was the amazing front desk agent Janay. From her bright sunny smile upon arriving to check in, to the care she took with making sure my stay was more like a vacation than a work trip, remembering my name at every point during my 4 night stay, she made myself and my coworker, and everyone else I saw she had interactions with feel like VIPs.
