I travel for work and this was my first time staying at this hotel. I can't wait till I'm back in the Duncan area to stay here again! Everything here was great but the shining star was the amazing front desk agent Janay. From her bright sunny smile upon arriving to check in, to the care she took with making sure my stay was more like a vacation than a work trip, remembering my name at every point during my 4 night stay, she made myself and my coworker, and everyone else I saw she had interactions with feel like VIPs. Best shower ever! Great water pressure and staff super friendly and helpful!
Excellent stay. Clean rooms, everything in working order. Seems like a great location, everything you need is close by and the hotel itself is somewhat tucked away so I felt safe packing my car for an early morning drive to my next destination
ROACHES!!!! We got a king suite with a fold out couch for our family of 4 while in town for a softball tourney at Tyger river park. We were about to turn in for the night but then saw a 3 inch cockroach on the wall that slowly creeped behind the headboard after we all freaked out. I called the front desk and they didn’t have any other available rooms and they couldn’t transfer us to the home2suites next door because they “used up all of their transfers already”!?!?!?
