I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Tommie gave incredible customer service! I called for an early check-in she said she wasn't able to do it at that time but took my phone number and said that she would call me back if she was able to do anything for me. In about 20 minutes she called and said they could have a room ready. She was incredibly friendly and personable on the phone then once I arrived the friendliness continued.
