Other than the natural gas leak it was a nice place.
I have stayed this hotel for about five years for work- I am always impressed! Great staff, updated rooms, and an awesome pool and hot tub area! Grafton has a ton of food options.
this was the 7th consecutive hotel stay on a vacation for my wife+3kids. this hotel seemed newer and was the cleanest Hilton we stayed in. the pool & hot tub were great, breakfast was great, the location could not be easier to access the highway. my only complaint is that our room was on the highway side. a lot of the digital t-stats have an Auto fan setting that will keep the fan constant run which would have helped to drown out the interstate traffic noise.... but you only have the option to choose high or low fan speed, n... read more
This is more of a dig at hilton than the location, but with ~370,000 hilton points I only got offered one side of the hotel to do my digital check in with. I didn't think anything of it until I got there and realized that all the rooms I got offered were on the highway side. I don't know how many points it takes to be offered a room on the quiet side, but it's more than what I have.
