This Hampton location was the worst! Location is right off the freeway which is convenient. Other than that, I don’t understand the overly generous reviews. The front desk staff was unfriendly cbd dismissive. Shortly after checking in, I discovered our room was smelly (like cigarettes) and dirty. The surfaces (mirrors, light switches, desk, counters} either had crumbs, drips, dust or gross handprints. It didn’t look like anything had been wiped down. Solid breakfast. Good launch point to Pinnacles National Park.
Very clean easy to get to. Great hotel
This was our first hotel on our week long road trip and it was nice! Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, the room felt clean, and it was just a little drive to Gilroy Gardens.
