Stayed here to go to the renaissance fair and I am so glad I did! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very nice, quiet and fairly priced. Will stay here again!
Staff was super pleasant but there were some downsides. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, almost 30 minutes past the check-in time, so they moved us to a different room. It would have been fine but the cleanliness of the room was very unpleasant. It was not vacuumed well and there were small pieces of trash and hair everywhere. There was even a rubberband and cable lying on the floor. That really just ruined the whole experience for me and made me think everything else in the room was dirty. Appalling lack of customer service or human decency. As a Diamond member, I expect much better from Hilton properties. I did not get the name of the man I spoke with, but it was just after midnight on 22 September and I needed to book a room for *21 September, because we are traveling on the road and needed a place to sleep for the night. How unfortunate that Hilton designed a system to prevent you from walking into a hotel with available rooms, but unable to book one for the night if you happen to walk in or call after midn... read more
