Update- don’t be fooled - based on the reply to my review, the hotel is making it seem like they are concerned. I tried the link they mentioned and it’s a dead link. I called the number provided and was told manager was not available. I was told the manager would call me back (again) and 2 more days have gone by. The manager is not concerned about the issue. I am not a fan of very firm mattresses or super soft pillows with no support or super hard pillows with no cushion, and that's all that this hotel seems to offer in that regard. Complimentary breakfast is fine but nothing to rave about. The front desk staff, though, whether morning afternoon or night is excellent -- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The location entrance is a bit awkward from the service road off the highway, but it is otherwise well placed if you're trip is limited to Georgetown and Round Rock.
