If I could give them zero stars i would! We were given a room with a door that was not aligned and therefore was difficult to open. Once inside the baseboard was in the floor having pull away from the wall. They assigned us a second room. The air conditioner didn’t work in room number two. We were then assigned a third room and the bathtub had no stopper for the drain but at this point I’m exhausted from dragging my luggage throughout the hotel. When you are tired you settle.... I was warned that major construction was ongoing at the property - no laundry, no pool, no gym. I settled and accepted - mistake. For 1000 more points i may have had a lot better night at the other Hilton property nearby. Parking a big issue - worried about my vehicle all night. Climate control in room terrible. Not controlled on wall but at windows. Bed was lumpy, floors creeked, mine and upstairs. My anticipated breakfast was a let down - stale bagels "sorry, thats all there is", the eggs ... read more
This is a great hotel that is taking incredible steps to create a beautiful place to stay. The customer service is fantastic!
It will be great when the remodel is done. Good breakfast
